1. Focus on what you studied- The most important thing to start-up is to focus on studies. You should try to focus on your study during your lectures in your school/colleges. Many times, when we are taking our lectures, our mind goes on another place instead of lectures. That's why, we are unable to learn the particular thing in our lecture. So, for this, we have to focus on the lecture and make our mind spongy to absorb the knowledge.
2. Revise the lecture- You have to revise the lecture when you become free anytime. You can revise it when you are travelling to your home, when you are free in your school/ college, and the best place you can revise it is in the bathroom. By revising it, you are unable to forget it.
3. Time Management- To become intelligent, most important is time management. You have to make schedule of everything you want to do, so that you can use your time in a proper manner. By the schedule, you can use your time in every field and you will able to make your brain sharp.
4. Improve your memory- To improve your memory, you have to focus on studies. Whenever we study, we have to neglect outside thoughts. The best idea to improve your memory is to practice by writing the whole which is taught in school/ colleges. By speaking or whispering in your mind, we can easily understand the notes.
5. Make your own Notes- The better way to understand the whole lecture is to make your notes. Whatever is taught in the lecture, understand it properly and make notes. If you can't understand any part of lecture, ask it to the the teacher. Most important thing is "not to copy the Black Board". New words help us to make a good impression in front of others (teachers, seniors, friends, etc.). A better thing is to visit the library frequently and pick up that book which looks some interesting to you.
8. Proper Exercise of Brain- To make your memory improve, you have to play games which give stress to our brain. By doing some brain exercise, your brain will remain healthy and active. Many games are there to play like Sudoku, Chess, Puzzle Games, Math Games, etc.
9. Proper Diet- Proper diet is good for your mental as well as physical health. By eating those foods which give us more and sufficient energy help us to maintain our brain healthy. Such foods are chapatis of Grains, red tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, nuts, oily fish, egg in milk, etc. By taking these foods in your daily needs, you will be able to become more healthy as compared to others.
10. Make a link to others- To improve your intelligence, talk to your friends with new words such that the new words should come in your daily need. The words help you to make a good impression in front of them. Even you can try to teach your juniors which also helps you know new things every time. If you try to talk to anyone, you will be able to express the words in a new way every time.
